Give the toddler the chance to play with toys that look like the real thing.
The toddler is eager to grow up or copy you.
This helps the toddler to solve problems and develop fine motor skills.

Encourage the toddler to be active.
Examples
Balls of different colours or sizes, plastic bowling sets, child-size basketball hoops, wagons to fill and pull gardening tools.
